Today’s guest is Cat Bradley – a former kindergarten teacher turner professional ultra-runner who burst onto the professional running scene in 2017 by winning the world’s oldest 100 Mile trail race – the Western States 100-Mile endurance run. She’s won the Canyons Endurance 100k, the Rio Del Lago 100 Miler (where she set a course record), was the first American woman to cross the finish line at the prestigious 2018 106-Mile UTMB and in 2017 she set a new Grand Canyon rim-to-rim-to-rim (R2R2R) Fastest Known Time, breaking the previous record by 23 minutes.
